These terms and conditions ("terms") govern your access to and use of NippyShare ("we" or "our") websites and services ("site" or "services") to you ("user"). By using the services, user agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• We reserve the right to remove any files that compromise the security of the server, use excess bandwidth, or are otherwise malignant.
• Illegal files are strictly prohibited. Copyrighted material are also strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide appropriate files and can delete files at any time without user notification.
• Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed.
• NippyShare is not liable for your files or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of service. We make no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your files.

We reserve the right to amend any or all of these terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the last modified date of this page.
